First, a few words about us: -

Currently in the third generation of family operation, Eric Shoes has its beginnings in 1942. We specialize in hard to find sizes, wide and ex-wide shoes in all major brand names for men, women and children.

We believe in giving our customers Prompt Service and Irresistible Selection at the Lowest Price and as such we soon became synonymous with One-Stop Shopping for the entire family and today,
we take this opportunity to say a big "THANK YOU" to our valued customers.

At Eric's, we put feet first - if your feet are happy so are you. The first and foremost secret to healthy feet is wearing comfortable and good fitting shoes. The length of the shoe alone does not contribute fully to its being comfortable, its width is also very important. From the time we are born, our feet are changing constantly - and this process continues throughout life. We should therefore have our feet measured periodically and buy shoes accordingly. At Eric Shoes, we believe that you do not buy a size, you buy a fit. A size 8 made by one company may fit differently than that made by another. This is because the cut of the shoe is different. We carry shoes with one or more of the following features: -
a. Beautifully hand-crafted from the finest leather;
b. Anatomically correct arch supports, which assure that the ball of your foot is located properly within them;
c. Removable foot beds, allowing the use of personal orthotics;
d. Air-cushioned soles that caress your feet and soften sidewalk pounding; the anti-gravity shoes;
e. Extra toe room that offers all-day walking comfort;
f. Long heel counters for better balance.

I have very difficult feet and am very hard to fit. What happens if I order from you and the shoe does not fit right, can I return it?
Yes, you may return it and get your money back, within 30 days, no questions asked. Nature made feet and we make feet comfortable. We do not expect you to wear something that is not comfortable.

I do not know if I need a size 6 or a 6.5. Can I still order from you?
You most certainly may. Place your foot on a piece of paper as flat as you can and trace your foot on the paper and mail the tracing to us. Our experienced salespersons will then help you to find your right size.

Why do you not charge for shipping?
Shipping within America is Free. This is an added bonus (and saving) for customers residing anywhere in America.

We can give you several valid reasons for buying from us:-
1. We carry hard to find sizes - sizes 4-18 for men in widths medium, wide & extra wide up to 5E, sizes 4-14 for women in widths narrow, medium, wide and ex-wide.
2. You also get a free gift with your purchase, as a token of our appreciation.
3. You have the option to return or exchange the shoes within 30 days, no questions asked, if you are not fully satisfied.
4. We offer you Prompt & Pleasant Service and an Unbelievable Selection at the most Competitive Prices.
5. Most of our styles are available in all sizes and they get shipped out within 24-48 hours. We sometimes may not have your size on hand, and there may be a delay in shipping the shoe, in which case you will be informed when the shoe is going to be available.
Incidentally, your charge will be put through only when the shoe is ready to be shipped.
6. We do not charge you extra for larger sizes and wider widths.
7. We do not charge for Shipping, if you reside anywhere in USA.

We have strived hard to keep our site simple, easy to navigate and not cluttered with unnecessary details or graphics.
You will need to click on the item's "brand name" from the menu. This page lists the various brand names we carry like Soft Spots, Rockport, Clarks, Hush Puppies and so on.
For example, if you are looking for a Soft Spots shoe, click on the Soft Spots menu entry and this will take you to the page that features some of the Soft Spots styles we carry. This list is not exhaustive, we carry many more styles and we shall soon add them on our site.
Click on any Shoe/Boot/Sandal Name or Image you like, to view an Enlarged image. This page also lists the size, width and color the shoe is available in - this information can be found right below the image of the shoe . The price of the shoe can also be found on this page.
Some of the logos have no shoes listed - this is because we are still in the process of development.
If you like to order a shoe not listed on our site. Call our Toll Free number 1-800-681-7463 for information, and if the shoe is in production, we could help you get it.

I could not understand your payment mode.
We accept payments by credit card or certified cheque / money order. You could click on the Order email link or you could simply call our Toll Free number 1-800-681-SHOE to give us your details or mail us your money order or certified cheque, payable to Eric Shoes, 216-11 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, NY 11428.
If there is unusual delay in the shoe being available, we do not run your charge through till the shoe is ready to be shipped.
